The Best Days of Sipadan
Sipadan is where my journey as an underwater videographer began. It is where I learned to love and respect the ocean in all its forms: from its grandest creatures to its smallest details. Over many years of filming here, I’ve had the privilege of capturing the island’s majestic essence. This video is my tribute to Sipadan, created using footage I have collected between 2013 to 2017, with the hope that these images bring its rare beauty and fragility to light.

Palau: a realm where duality reigns. Dark and light. Death and life. Destruction and rebirth.
This video is a trip summary video created for an Ark Adventurers scuba diving expedition to Palau, Micronesia. Here, contrasting realms exist in the same reality. In submerged caves, ancient forms lie hidden, revealed only when our lights pass over them, while beyond the shadows, massive reefs thrive in clear water, alive with movement and colour. Historical wrecks, once cast in ruin, now bloom with coral. Even the mantas, black and white like two sides of the same coin, reflect this balance as they dance in somersaults. Even the weather couldn't decide whether it wanted to be sunny or rainy, so it was both at the same time!
Palau Trip Video | Duality

Time seemed to bend in this place. Sometimes it felt like it was speeding through the days, while other moments the time seemed to stop altogether. This video is an Ark Adventurers trip summary video created for a scuba diving liveaboard expedition to the Deep South of Maldives.

Ark Adventurers spent over a month in South America, exploring the ancient ruins, rich culture, and multi-colored mountains of Peru before heading to Ecuador: from deep within the Amazon jungle to the open waters of the Galápagos archipelago. This expedition was a true test of both my fitness and my filming capabilities. High-altitude hikes and diving in far colder temperatures than I’m used to pushed me physically, while on-land exploration expanded my boundaries beyond underwater videography. On the editing side, I welcomed the challenge of weaving together land, aerial, and underwater footage across three major locations into one cohesive story.
